This policy explains what we collect when you use moreamorenails.com or book an appointment with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
More Amore European Nails is a nail salon at 477 Harrison Avenue in Boston’s South End. You can reach us at hello@moreamorenails.com or (857) 201-0604. We are responsible for the information described in this policy.
When you contact us. If you use the form on our site or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
When you book. Appointments, payments, and gift cards are handled by Vagaro, our booking platform. When you book, you are giving your information to Vagaro, and their privacy policy governs how they handle it. We can see your name, contact details, appointment history, and service notes through our Vagaro account. We never see or store your full card number — Vagaro processes payments and holds that data.
When you visit the site. Our site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard technical information: the pages you view, how long you stay, roughly where you are (city level), what browser and device you use, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and is not tied to your name.
We do not collect health information, and we do not ask for your Social Security number, driver’s license, or any government ID.
You can opt out of marketing at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text, or write to hello@moreamorenails.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment confirmations and reminders, which are part of the service you booked.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Ours fall into two groups:
Necessary — required for the site to load and function correctly. Analytics — Google Analytics, used to count visits and see which pages are popular.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the site will still work, but we won’t be able to see how it’s being used.

We limit access to client records to staff who need it, use password-protected accounts, and rely on Vagaro’s payment security rather than handling card data ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
